Judy Bragg, Founder and President
From an early age, Judy Bragg had an entrepreneurial spirit, actively marketing and selling her paper route, hand-made potholders, and babysitting services. Throughout her career in IT and later as a banker, she prioritized learning and understanding how successful companies operated so she could one day own her own business. In 1992, she established Bragg Resources to help other companies create strategic intent, stay focused, and achieve their objectives.
Judy has 25+ years of strategically and successfully managing and launching projects focusing on healthcare management, business process, financial operations, and CRM-based within tight delivery time lines and budgets. She is known for turning challenging, behind schedule projects around by reaching across departmental boundaries. She has a natural ability to turn chaos into order.
She has presented and facilitated leadership and business planning sessions to thousands of individuals worldwide and consulted with organizations and solopreneurs at every stage of their business. Some companies she has helped support include Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Dallas Chapter, CVS, Metrocrest Social Services, and Wells Fargo.
Judy is a PMP, Certified Project Management Professional, and trained on ToP™ (Technology of Participation) facilitation. She also was certified on the One Page Business Plan Methodology and System.
